This is a good game but it has way too many adds that are way too long. You will spend more time watching adds than actually playing the game.
Rigged levels
I noticed that whenever you’re doing great in the game they throw in so many hard levels, I reached the Arizona level and seen that I had 8 hard levels in a row. That’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have to spend almost 200 hats just to get letter recommendations to pass those levels. I genuinely don’t understand what’s the point of having so many hard levels in a row and the customers don’t act the same with the hard levels compared to the regular levels. Customers who give me 3 items in regular levels walk slower and ask for the most cheapest singular item in the game? Please fix it this is ridiculous.

Don’t waste any real money
The game keeps crashing, stating its lost internet connection but nothing else in my home is affected also my data is always on. Once this happens a life is taken or an item. I have contacted support many times who never responds.
I have done both & still not had any response even though i have contacted numerous times regarding items & lives being taken. It’s pointless reaching out.

Pass the time
I love my game but sometimes is really hard to pass a level. They say is not possible but it is. Sometimes I got tired of spend my hats and just get off the phone. Need to fix that. And give more gifts when we finish at least let us start with some coins if you gonna change it every time we pass to another one. Is for fun not for stress. Other than that need to low the prices for the hats. We need more food and stuff to spend the coins is not fun if we ended the chapter with so many coins to don’t use it. Hope the new houses coming soon

It was good until it wasn’t
I played this game during downtime at work or before going to bed at night to unwind. I made it to level 110. Upgraded all meal items and cookware per level. Beat the 3 stages per level. Had earned chef hats and other game perks through the scratch off. Then boom, I opened the app and everything had disappeared like it was my first time playing the game. Reached out to app support and no response. Never again!!! Do not download this game.
