Great POS for framing
I have been using VF for about a year now. It is a bit time consuming to setup but once it is you will love it. My customers have become spoiled with the visualization and designers love the website embed so they can work with their clients on my website and then just submit the design to me without ever having to bring their clients in. Customer service is the best! Send a quick email and they will be on a Zoom call with you in no time. I recommend it for every frame shop.

Sad experience
Communication and support was very poor. We prepaid for the year which was our biggest mistake. Moving on to another point of sale and virtual frame software.

Good for a cheap mall kiosk but not a true custom framing shop. Too hard to use. Still cant figure out how to get pricing. Brand new so not much support either. very frustrating.
