Live survey is a joke

This app is absolutely awful. No option to change to speakerphone, representative sounded like they were talking through the backside of a fan underwater. I am an air traffic controller by trade and fairly accustomed to bad comms and over the years have developed an ear for it but this was utterly unusable. Thirty minutes of my life down the drain trying make this work only to be texted that they could send me instructions on how to upload a video which reading reviews is equally as frustrating and futile.
