Très satisfait du jeu qui joue depuis plusieurs années il y a quelques mois, j’ai décidé de prendre l’abonnement VIP en lui disant que ça simplifierait et augmenter mes chances d’avoir un meilleur classement depuis quelques jours. Je m’aperçois que je n’ai plus les voiles automatiques pour 24 heures je Obligé de regarder de la publicité pour avoir des voiles automatiques pendant huit heures. Y a-t-il eu un changement dans votre règlement.
Si ce n’est pas le cas, y a-t-il un bug dans votre jeu actuellement ?
Si c’est quelque chose que vous avez mis en place récemment, et nous n’avons plus accès aux voiles automatiques pendant 24 heures, je trouve ça normal qu’on me supprime cette option alors que manque de la prise d’abonnement, elle était valable pour un an minimum.

Course sans options
Bonjour, je suis fan de virtual regatta depuis le VG 2008 je crois; je me levai la nuit ily avait 2 mises à jour par 24h... et possibilité de courir sans options en vrai monotypie me semble-t-il. Les années et le succès aidant, ainsi que le modèle économique fait que l’ on est confronté à la course à l’armement. Je pense donc que le classement représente plus une capacité à avoir des options que le talent et l’abnégation des joueurs. (Belle phrase de loser me direz-vous!) Toujours est-il que l’on devrait pouvoir courir, par exemple en Figaro, sans options afin de s’approcher au plus près des réels skippers... Ou de proposer 2 classements en Figaro, avec et sans options!!! Je suis sur que vous me comprenez et que la communauté VR s’y retrouvera. Slowly got worse over time
I have been playing VR for many years. It was initially very easy to play - from the Home Screen, one button took you to the game. Now it is 5. This means that 5 screens have to load which, on a slower speed line, is frustrating. Also, initially, one button would take you to the team discussion - now it is 2/3.
This has meant that team discussions and banter have dropped off, making it less fun. With the frustration of waiting for 5 screens to load every time I want to check/correct my course, this game has lost its immediacy.
Most of my team members no longer play the game and unfortunately I may not be playing for much longer.

Sorry for the issues. Russian is not available for now, but we take note of it. Please try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall it. This often solves login problems. Thanks for your patience—we’re working to improve things.
Fun game but ..
Biggest bug is that it repeatedly takes the purchase of the Full pack but doesn’t deliver it, apple don’t refund and then a long process to claim the refund. Sort it out VR. Also, needs tides and more realistic polars for the foil boats (top speed 23kts!).
Algorithm
The algorithm doesn’t seem to perform well in a time zone different from France. While you’re sleeping in North America, you can lose 10,000 places, even if you were well-positioned before going to bed.
Full Package not added to race
Purchased Full Page for a race and it was not added. Also had a duplicate payment taken for the Vendee Globe race, and outside the 14 day refund period so all users please check when you make in App purchases!!
Gut aber…
Eigentlich bin ich total zufrieden mit dem spiel. Allerdings gibt es ein Kleinigkeit und ein sehr großes Ärgernis. Die Kleinigkeit: man kann den Code 0 nicht sehen.
Mein Ärgernis: in der Regatta „Globe 40 Etape 4“ kann ich das Rennen nicht beenden. Ich bin jetzt schon zig mal über die Ziellinie gefahren, bin aber nicht im Ziel angekommen. Dazu hab ich auch Screenshots. Das regt mich richtig auf. Das Problem ist das es noch nicht einmal einen Support gibt, oder er nirgends zu finden ist.

Wenn du über den Webbrowser spielst, funktioniert es wieder. Zu Etappe 4 des Globe 40: Bist du sicher, dass du alle Bojen richtig bestätigt hast? Betreffend Support: Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage bei der Vendée Globe dauert die Bearbeitung derzeit länger als üblich. Wir tun unser Bestes, um alle Anfragen so schnell wie möglich zu beantworten. Vielen Dank für deine Geduld!
Bugs en pagaille, absence de réponse du service VIP
Franchement, je ne sais pas si je renouvellerai l’expérience à l’avenir. Après le Vendée Globe 2020, j’avais mis un peu de côté ma participation au jeu. Motivé par les amis avec qui je l’avais fait, je décide d’y retourner cette année. Quelle déception! Depuis le début de la course, je n’ai pas pu rajouter de nouveau bateau à suivre. J’ai perdu des amis que je suivais. On les trouve avec le moteur de recherche, mais on ne peut pas les ajouter. Le classement est inexploitable: tous les concurrents sont indiqués être à 0 mile du premier. Malgré un abonnement renouvelé et l’achat d’un full pack (soit dit en passant avec un bug pendant l’achat qui m’a obligé à payer une deuxième fois, mais heureusement remboursé après une complainte auprès d’Apple), j’ai écrit au service assistance VIP pour expliquer le problème. J’ai reçu une réponse automatique m’indiquant la bonne prise en compte de ma demande et que j’allais recevoir une réponse: c’était dans les premiers jours du Vendée Globe 2024. Depuis, plus de nouvelle! J’ai juste l’impression d’avoir été pris pour un gogo! Les sommes investies sont quand même conséquentes: on s’attend en retour à service nickel. C’est loin d’être le cas. Et c’est bien dommage car précédemment l’expérience était géniale et le côté convivial parfaitement géré. Ce n’est malheureusement plus le cas aujourd’hui.

Tried to download the full extension pack three times the night before the vendee globe race and it failed every time.
Apple refunded two of the attempts but stiffed me on my third.

Loads of bugs
Nice game but loads of bugs and zero support (they never reply to messages)

The app unfortunately has a few bugs in it. Purchases often fail, and now I’m nervous to buy anything because Apple is denying refunds.
