Hi, thank you for the detailed feedback. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain what would make it better. Virtual staging in this app is AI-generated rather than manually placed furniture. That’s why you can’t drag and position each item exactly with touch controls. The AI analyzes the room layout and automatically places furniture in realistic positions based on scale, lighting, and perspective. This keeps the cost extremely low compared to manual staging services. Because each render uses significant AI compute, a credit is required per transformation and I’m not able to automatically refund credits simply because the style result wasn’t preferred. That said, if something is clearly incorrect or malfunctioning, please contact support and I will review it personally. Regarding repeating the same setup from different angles, that is a thoughtful suggestion. The AI generates each image independently, so results can vary by angle. I’m actively improving consistency and control options over time. For best results: • Use bright, wide, straight-on photos • Remove clutter before uploading • Choose the style that most closely matches your goal • Generate a couple variations and compare Even trying a few versions still costs a small fraction of traditional staging, which can run into hundreds of dollars per image. Hi, great question. Each staging render uses advanced AI processing and significant compute resources, which is why one credit is required per transformation. Because of that cost, I’m not able to offer free revisions. That said, this app is priced dramatically lower than traditional virtual staging services, often over 100x less expensive. Even if you try a few variations to dial in the perfect look, the total cost is still a fraction of what other services charge. If you want to improve your chances of getting the ideal result on the first try: • Use a bright, straight-on photo • Make sure the full room is visible • Choose the style that most closely matches your goal • Avoid clutter that may confuse the AI Many users generate two or three variations to compare styles, which still keeps the overall cost extremely low compared to manual staging. I can’t even reset my password to cancel the subscription. By the way, you lose whatever credits you have once you cancel. This company and app are terrible. Customer service is non existent. What a rip off. Don’t waste your money.

A few important clarifications for anyone reading: • There is no subscription for this app. It uses one-time credit purchases only. • You do not need to reset a password to cancel anything. There is nothing recurring to cancel. • Credits are not removed unless they are used to generate an image. If stair railings were removed or stairs were filled in, that typically happens when the AI interprets the area as removable clutter or part of the floor. Clear lighting and strong visual separation between structural elements helps prevent this, and I’m continuously improving structural recognition like stairs, railings, and architectural details. Customer support is absolutely available. There is a built-in feedback option directly inside the app that goes straight to me, and I respond personally. I’m happy to review any image that produced an incorrect structural change and help make it right. This app is designed to provide AI staging at a tiny fraction of the cost of traditional services, and while AI results can vary, I stand behind the product and actively support users.
