TERRIBLE!!!!
You don't actually design it. You choose the already designed ones and put it on a picture. There are so many adds. The tattoos that you "design" are very ugly and kiddyish
Way, way to many adds!!!!!!
Deleted the app after the 3rd or 4th pop up add in less than a minute. Can't hardly do anything without having to watch a video with no way to stop it. Other than that couldn't really get a good grasp on using the app due to constant pop up interference.
