A Nightmare Company ! Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Initially signed up paid $264 then renewal was $391 then I got billed for $1300 to cancel again. I cancelled it system stop working in 2020 paid for 2 years until 2022. Getting constant threats of law suit ugly people F rating with the BBB. It is CenCom Avoid…you can never cancel. I tried to cancel by phone and email.

Avoid VirtuAlarm at all costs
This company has what initially appears to be good prices and deals on alarm monitoring, but I had signed up as a dealer to test the service and received mixed messaging and poor information on their website on how to setup and manage accounts. I found several bugs and broken links in their maze of a site, and when you call in for support, you have to navigate several official sounding phone menus but they all seem to lead back to the same guy. This is a small company with limited resources that tries to bill themselves as a much larger operation than they ever will be. The contracts they have you agree to as a dealer come with hidden fees and gotchas that will come back to haunt you and the bottom line several months into the contract. My monthly fees for two devices at a total of $14 per month got hit with a $175 “billing error” fee, after which the monthly fee skyrocketed to $60 per month. No accommodation was made when I asked for refunds on some of the fees they had admitted as their mistakes, after which I promptly canceled the account, which was subject to even more fees. I can’t recommended enough that you avoid this company at all costs.
