Faster Calendar and Schedule. The app now remembers what you have access to, so your Calendar and Schedule open right away instead of waiting on the server, and the controls you can use are there the moment the app launches. On sites updated to the latest release, the app refreshes only when something has actually changed. More room to write. The formatting bar above every text box — call notes, Notes & Email, Announcements and File a Report — is now a single row of eight controls: bold, italic, underline, text color, highlight, bullet list, heading and alignment. It used to take up four rows. The writing area beneath it now stretches the full width of the screen, so you can see much more of what you are typing, and everything you have already written looks exactly as it did. Tell your productions apart at a glance. Productions without an uploaded logo now get their own lettered avatar wherever a production is listed or picked, matching what you already see on the web. On sites updated to the latest release, the avatar uses the production's own abbreviation. Notes that get to the point. A note with a long recipient list now shows a compact stack of faces above the message, so the message itself is on screen straight away. Tap the stack to see everyone. Simpler sign-in. Your device's own autofill now fills in your password, so there is one less thing to manage. The "Keep me signed in on this device" box is gone — you will stay signed in exactly as before. And the sign-in screen is ready for your first tap the moment it appears. A friendlier way to set dates and times. Adding or editing a call now uses a compact date and time field you tap to open, so the form stays short and readable. The same field is used on Announcements, File a Report, the group summary and the Schedule. Also in this release: fixed an issue some people experienced when filing a report, where parts of the form could come up blank. Announcement and note titles written with formatting now read as plain text in lists. The file detail page shows every field. Evening calls show the correct day if you are west of UTC. And the recurring-call rows line up properly. Requires iOS 15 or later.
