Make Tutorials more useful
When the Tutorials refer to a place in the App (e. g. My Events) there should be a hyperlink to that place instead of having to hunt for that place

Slow and unintuitive. Not a true app when all it really does is send you back to the website.

What a mess
You can’t tell with this APP if you have selected a community. So poorly constructed. I am not the lowest common denominator but it should serve that person equally. If I’m having trouble someone with less technical proficiency is DOOMED! Too much money is spent on this conference for the Events App to NOT be EXCELLENT! Really disappointed!

Did not update each day with the new content. When logging in and out to reset, it then lost other important content- very frustrating!!

Contacts
Unable to download the contact list in bulk. Would be a huge benefit in doing so.
App misses the mark on ease of use.
Misses the mark on being intuitive Too many clicks on 2 many different screens to get the info needed to find the appointment location. App did crash a few times leaving me lost as to where next meeting was.

Great App
Just started to play with this app, before an event, seems like a fab tool!
Great app but
A few adjustments would be great…
.. Ability to add personal appointments to app calendar (scheduled outside of app)
.. move notes feature (that’s part of added contacts) up on the screen and make description a little more obvious
.. event attendees feature - add ability to highlight individuals without actually having to contact them first

Doesn’t do anything
I thought I’d be able to access my schedule and events but can’t work it out if they are there.

Loved working with Bench Mark a number of things I would like to improve upon but in general very good
Wider challenges, the message feature allows very little manipulation, scrolling down to a next appointment when live :( No editing of deleting :(
I would have like Virtuoso to ensure Bios for agents complete in a perfect world but on the tech side the ability to see that in really time when presenting so in the appointment tab
I found the whole Team V’s individual profile at the start a challenge
