Keeps messing my phone up

When I click to watch an ad to get coins once the ad has finished it keeps flicking between App Store and download the game that was just advertised and won’t let me go back to the game and didn’t give me the reward coins that I had just earned. This is not the first time this has happened. I think it’s time to delete this game
