As a collegiate athlete, I have learned the immense value of mentors in sport. The Voice in Sport app creates the perfect community where I am able to learn from a wide range of highly successful and professional mentors. Their stories inspire me and show me that no one is ever along in their journey. It also is such a special community, bringing light to the value of mental health and vulnerability in sport. I’ve loved using the VIS app to increase my knowledge of important topics within sport. The opportunity to connect with other athletes, mentors, and professionals is incredible and allows female athletes to be supported by other individuals with similar goals and interests.
