Best Customer Service Experience!
I recently won World Cup tickets that were fulfilled by Visa Go and an associated sweepstakes affiliate. The affiliate directed me to Visa Go Support for my further questions. Let me say, it was the best customer support experience I’ve ever experienced. When I called their support line, their hold time was always less than ~3 minutes. My contact representative took the time to look up their hours for me, specifically coordinated to my time zone. On average, over email he got back to me in less than 2 hours on the same day. I even got a response back outside of their business hours! This sets the bar for desired customer service!
