Inaccurate information
2 times this app has falsely build my hopes and raise anxiety by sending false updated case status. When I check the official uscis website the case is still the same.
Doesn’t update and can’t track NVC cases
Opened app and said my case was last checked 29 days ago.. useless
View on USCIS website button also doesn’t work.
Terms of Service also appear to be an exact copy of another app and even mentions the name of it!! Wow
