App now defunct
This app is now Defunct, with no replacement in sight, they did so without Notification and likely have NO plans to replace it, while the app was boarder-line non-functional, it still served a purpose and now with the Visalia Connect app they have left all us Bus riders without an easy to reference App
They have switched full time Visalia Connect and have made no effort to integrate Fixed Route Buses into it as of this review so don’t bother with that app or this one.

Buses not on time
The app is supposed to track the bus but it doesn’t work the bus are either 30 minutes or and hour late you guys need to fix you apps ability to track you buses
Unreliable & Sketchy
App is extremely unreliable. It’ll give me a window of time but when I reach the bus stop and use the “Visalia real call center” it’s a whole wack time. I wouldn’t sacrifice my left toe

Not compatible with new update
The app was just fine until the new iOS. Please fix because this app is such a life saver.

After the recent update I cannot use the app whatsoever. Every time I try to open the app, after a few seconds it automatically closes/crashes on me. Please fix this.
It's not bad
It would be nice if you could type in the address you wanna go to and it gives you the bus you would need to take
Not exactly accurate
It's only tracking one bus at a time and sometimes there's 2 or 3 different busses on a single route. For instance I ride the bus 6 from Goshen and Akers back to transit station and it wasn't tracking this bus it was tracking the bus that was going to VMC/airport I guess you could say "6A" and I was on "6B" so it's confusing and should track all buses
