PDF in Apps

Dear Vision IAS Team,

I enrolled in the Sociology Optional course for ₹45,000, as per your commitment that classroom/lecture notes would be provided in the Vision IAS application. However, even after completing the registration, the lecture notes or PDFs are still not visible in my app.

I have contacted your helpline over the past 4 days — more than 15 times — and each time I was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution so far, and my calls are now being disconnected or ignored.

This is causing unnecessary delay in my preparation, and I request immediate action to resolve the issue and provide access to the promised study material. Kindly treat this as urgent.

Playback quality issue

There in no playback quality option , it consumes lot of data … after paying such hefty amount of fees , we need to pay for huge incurring data package also… it is ridiculous…all online platforms have quality choosing choice available…man it is basic… we have to ask for it also after paying such large amount of fees…please do it for iOS version and all the versions in total

Back button clickable area is very small

Please increase the back button clickable area.
I have to tap multiple times to go back.
Simply add padding to the button.

Downloading pdfs

The share button on any of the pdfs doesn't work properly. Even after pressing it many times the sharing menu doesn't open. Please fix it.

Need to change font size & introduce test statistics

Pls include option to increase font size in test and solutions.
Also, include all statistics which are otherwise available under “test result “ in the student module of the desktop website of VisionIAS

Video quality options

Idk if it was an update or something else but I could change the video quality earlier but that option is not available anymore. I have to watch the lecture videos in high quality for hours which is not very favourable.

Not satisfied

I’ve enrolled in a foundation course so i used to face a lot of glitches while using the application itself. To check the review of submitted answers may take a long time to download. Besides this, functioning of the application is extremely slow

Does not work with IPad

I am using this application on IPad but it is not even opening on the iPad with the latest update on ios 16

Need to fix the issues for IOS application ASAP.

Sticking problems

New version of this app is very slow. Stuck every time, I can’t open it at all. also downloading problems started now.

Too many bugs

The iOS version of this app is not at all smooth, not user-friendly. When you bookmark questions when going through the solutions, the questions later disappear from the Bookmark list. Nor is the sliding between questions smooth. I don’t understand why VisionIAS can’t invest in a decent app despite charging such exorbitant fee from students. Abysmal quality, sadly.
The app keeps getting hung up and crashes too.

Bugs in the app

1) Upload option not working, Upload option mean through which print, save file option available.

2) Back option not work properly it stuck some time.

3) Share option also not works properly.
