I told them do not change me for future packs but still they charged me 22 dollar and now they say no return

Constant crash cannot open app
Just revert the app back three updates ago please!! Previously, you guys broke the function of iPad going full screen when connected to the tv. Now you broke the application for iPad users. I cannot open the app at all. This is reported by iPad users. Why won’t u guys listen??? It’s literally not functioning and incredibly frustrating. I paid premium and your services are pathetic.
