App crashes, super annoying
Cannot Open App
I paid $1,000 for the PowerVision PowerRay and the app just keeps closing when I open it. I need help.
Screw this company
I spent a ton of money on this flying egg about 7 years ago and now it’s a paperweight because the company went belly up and did not leave a way to download the operating software.
Poor company
Sell high priced product then no support. App doesn’t open. Webs site shows warning signs of expired security validation. All kit no go !!!
iOS 18 no … iOS 15 yes!
Any Apple device (IPhone, IPad, etc) running iOS 15.x.x will connect to the drone … iOS 18.x.x not so much. ☹️

My Power Ray underwater drone is unusable as the app will not open and crashes immediately.
I cannot use my underwater drone as the app crashes immediately. I have tried to go to website which also is not opening

倒産してユーザーの損失を考えず登録が出来なくてドローンを使えなくなるユーザーが増えさらに何も知らないユーザーに使えないユーザーを騙して売るという行為があり私もその被害者です寄って悪魔のアプリです私も水中ドローンでためしましたと騙されて買いましたログインしている端末があれば操作できますが登録はできないからですよって動作確認は本当だが使うことはできないゴミです

App no longer wants to open, so can’t even use the drone anymore. Very angry as have been looking forward to flying.

The app won’t even open like what scamming company sells a product and then refuses to let you use their app to actually use the product
Terrible customer support

Powerray
I need this app to control my underwater powerray drone but the app doesnt work making my ourchase of this drone a complete waste! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
Do not buy
This thing is garbage. I have tried all my phones and still no luck creating an account. The quality of the actual drone seems to be in top notch shape but the app is the only thing that will allow you to use the darn thing. And that don’t work! Save your money and don’t waste your time.
No update for iPhone..USELESS
There is no current update available,,you can’t use the device or app at all!! Someone please find out how to contact anyone from power ray..no support at all!!
