Usually good
I appreciate the control over devices that I have with this app, but recently many of my devices are missing from the list that I normally have control over. One device that went missing is one that I paused the internet on and now I can’t unpause it because it won’t show up anymore.
App not working anymore
It’s been about 4 months now where this app will send notifications about security risks or new devices connected, but entering the app only gives me an error message saying “There was a delay, please try again”. Every option at the lower menu gives me the same error message.
Marginal app
The app has dropped some of my devices in the device list. It doesn’t keep people and their assigned devices between router reboots. Seems to suffer from buffering or connectivity with Visionary but retrying the action is usually successful. Not impressed at all and very surprised since speeds are good.
I’ve decided to uninstall this app. It is not reliable and doesn’t even refresh appropriately. Disappointed!

This app is awful. Doesn’t work over half the time. It’s gets real annoying
