I didn’t receive the tickets which i issued from this app , and from ten days contact from one to one without benefit, bad app, bad customer services, bad experience

Приложение перестало работать, пишет перезагрузите приложение. А приложение хорошее… мне очень нравилось.

انتبهوا من هذا التطبيق سددت مبلغ التذاكر ولم يتم ارسالها وتم التواصل مع البريد والارقام الموجوده في التطبيق ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ اضطريت احط نجمه علشان اقدر اعلق

Unable to Open App
When I open the app, a message alert appears saying “Hey there! We’ve just released a revamped app with great new additions to help you better experience Dubai. Don’t miss out - update your version now to start using the latest features”. When I go to the App Store to update, there is not an update available. When I press the “Update” button on the message alert in the app, it just crashes. I’m unable to use this app. (I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing but that hasn’t worked)

This app is very good, all the information in app, it was helped us too much for the foods, culturel palace, adventures but ı wish there was Turkish language support. After all many Türk are coming.

Lovely experience browsing the app
This app is a great tool to help showcase the beauty Dubai has to offer to residents and visitors alike. I've come across many articles and things to do which I was not aware of previously.
The Stories feature is a good touch to view Dubai through a different lens.

Man will sich mit seinen Daten einloggen und dann stürzt die App ab. Man kommt nicht mehr rein. Was soll das? Wozu dann die App, wenn man sie nicht nutzen kann?
