Great app to use
This app is very helpful in all was from finding stuff to do and using it for the trolley information.
Going back to Gatlinburg, Tennessee because we had the best time there!!
Wonderful people there, great weather, many places to eat ..we are definitely going back this year AND making this a yearly trip !!

Great Experience
This app is a great experience! The only thing I wish is that it showed things around the Pigeon Forge area too. I can’t imagine everyone only stays in one place the whole time. Over all it’s very helpful planning our trip!
Can’t use/wants notification on
I can’t get anywhere in the app past the first page unless I let them send me notifications and push.
Could be great
There should be a way to add other people that you are traveling with to share details with or plan together

Showing events for winter light displays, snowmen, harvest fest - and St Patty’s Day, and Springfest. Click on them, indicates event has passed…..but it’s currently dated.

This app is awesome. If I had realized all that’s available before I booked a condo, I would have used this as it is very helpful even with finding places to stay. Very very useful for our upcoming trip to G-Burg!! Can’t wait to use this while there with assistance to trails, dining, deals, attractions, and maps. Glad this app exists!! 🐻

The app crashes and kicks me out every time I try to scroll through attractions.
Changes to the app
App worked great then all of a sudden the app has omitted the stay portion. It reflects the bed but has shop underneath and no longer shows locations to stay for lodging.
Discontinued?
The app worked fine before the Gatlinburg Fire, but now it’s a dead app. Not sure when it will be functional again.
Works great for me!
I don’t know what’s gone wrong for these other reviewers, but I just download the app & it works great for me. I opted not to have notifications but I did allow access to my location & the app downloaded fast, plus I was able to access it immediately. It has all kinds of things from attractions to dining to spa services, plus real estate & distilleries & even event happenings, too!

Does not work
The app installed and then blank white screen.
What is wrong!
It shows that there are improvements and gives you a chose Ignore or Approve so, when you push the Approve button the screen flips to a new page and it is completely blank. Left it for 5 min thinking it was doing the improvements but nothing ever happened. Never was able to use the app that way. 🙁
One thing missing
Everything! Just, well almost a complete blank page. I do have a few thin lines.
