Can’t get past first screen
When I open the app, I just see that first screen with the person diving into the water from the cliff. There is no way for me to get past that. Nothing to click at all.
Based on the many, many other reviews with problems (and the responses from the developers), I’m guessing the makers of the app don’t have the resources to do anywhere near enough testing for this to be a solid, functional app. Too bad. I have deleted it.

I’m embarrassed to have this as a visit to my country. I suggest you get someone else to administer and update it. I can’t even delete my account. This is the worst app in use 🧐

Very interesting program
Deleted immediately
Tried to type a question and there was no way to submit that question as the keyboard was in the way. Just deleted it 5 min later.

The team behind this app really need a good shaking. They are taking money under false pretences.

You can’t enter your details once you have completed you PLF. on the Home Screen you select the heart and then select you file and when you click on it to enter you location and mobile number etc screen freezes …..
Can’t Log In because keyboard hides the sign in button

Rather useless
Have to agree with others here. This app comes highly recommended by the government which means someone high up had a nephew design this or something. The PLF form is totally confusing with no way to add your dates of travel. You immediately begin getting spammed with ads. You get alerts for unimportant things like number of blue flag beaches but not covid or entry requirements updates. Do better, Greece!!

I guess the idea of this app is great, but it doesn’t function properly, search doesn’t work, some buttons don’t click. It needs lots of improvements

Won’t open just stays on cover page - tried deleting and reinstalling several times.
Awful design makes it unusable
I gave up trying to sign up. Input boxes text is tiny and the box is white against a snow scene! I mean such a basic error!
Misleading and useless - no PLF integration
Absolutely dreadful app. Like most of you, I downloaded it to store my PLF but there’s no such feature! More shockingly, the developer keeps saying there is and even points peeps to this magical StaySafe button which is nowhere to be found. Total waste of time….
Doesn’t do much
I didn’t have problems logging in, but this app is hardly more useful than any random website for visiting Greece. It helps you get started on the PLF Covid forms needed for entry, but it doesn’t seem to store them for you. It lists lots of museums and attractions, but searching doesn’t seem to work (and search text is faint and hard to read), and for most of the listed places with “tickets” buttons, it just shows prices and hours but doesn’t let you book and doesn’t even link to their website.

Content is limited and navigating the app seemingly impossible.
Need a decent developer to bring this up to standard.
