Outdated

It would be very helpful, however it’s outdated, Medicare guidelines changed in 2023, and this app does not reflect those changes. It’s been over 6 months!

Excellent resource

This app has been extremely helpful to me in my solo practice. Unlike the mega networks, I cannot afford to pay someone to do my coding. This app is easy to use and stood up to a Medicare audit. Thanks!

Excellent

Should be provided by CMS to all providers

Excellent!

Easy interface; allows quick understanding of how to appropriately capture complexity of care that is delivered.

Worked great until update

This app is easy to navigate and a great way to keep track of daily charges and total RVUs, but since the update it won't allow you to give details of the exam. Without completing the exam portion on subsequent visits it's considered an incomplete entry and won't give an overall billing decision and RVU amount. Since the app never allowed you to enter discharges or critical care charges with this change it now renders this app useless for me since I can only track initial visits.

useful

It can change how you think about coding, for office and inpatient visits. --Chris

Great for learning, but also for teaching

Really useful to learn the value of the components. Play with it to realize what your maximum code should be, it calculates the results on the fly.
