Defectuosa

FAQ

What does the TuRecibo app do?

The app allows users to sign and view all their work-related documents from any mobile device. This includes digital pay stubs, vacation requests, and other employment documentation. It also enables users to upload documents directly to their digital file using their phone's camera.

What types of documents can I access or upload?

You can access digital pay stubs (boletas de pago), vacation or leave requests, general employment file documentation, and company updates. With the digital file module, you can also upload personal documents like IDs, expense reports, medical certificates, and university exams.

Is the TuRecibo app free to use?

The description indicates that over 400,000 users and collaborators from over 500 companies use the platform. While the app itself is free to download and use for accessing and signing documents, the underlying platform and its features are provided by companies to their employees, suggesting a freemium model where core access is free but advanced features or the platform itself are paid for by the employer.

What devices is the TuRecibo app compatible with?

The app is designed to be used from any mobile device, allowing users to access and sign their documentation wherever and whenever they need it. This implies compatibility with both iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

How can I upload documents to my digital file?

If your company uses the Digital Files module, you can upload documents directly to your file by simply using the camera on your mobile device. This feature allows for easy digitization of documents such as DNI, expense reports, medical certificates, and university exams.
