Visor app icon is easy for me to see as it has black and bright colors. Visor is easy to use with less options and always works extremely well

Have to revise my last message here... Great app but the quality of images are very poor, comparing with other magnifying apps. Hope you can improve the quality of images soon. Very important for low vision people. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback, WA1000! The quality of the image is heavily dependent on the ambient light situation of the surrounding. If the quality isn’t sufficient enough, try to use the torch light which is the left red button. (Only available, if the device has an flash light, too)

Macht was es soll

und das ohne Schnickschnack. Der Service ist auch super (Update erfolgte nach ein paar Tagen). So sieht man das gerne :-)

Very useful

I don’t have overall low vision, but this is extremely handy for things like electronics where contrast is low or print is very small.

For a friend that has poor vision it is an even more important tool for any sort of small print.

Very clear, multi-level zoom

This app really helps me a fear deal to decipher what I'm looking at. I don't usually use it for lengthy reading (like a book), but to figure out what an item is by zooming in on it with the light on or to read small text on handheld items. It's very clear, easy to use and I really love it.

Great app as a video magnifier for the visually impaired! $ .99 app compared to $400 -700 for

I am a user of video magnifiers for reading text etc.The good: Visor is just as good as any stand-alone magnifier that is currently on the market. The price complaisant is unbelievable, $.99 cents compared to $400. to 700.00 for a stand-alone model. With a smart phone, there is no reason anyone who is visually impaired. Controls are easy to use and very much like the stand-alone version. The bad: Smart phone magnifiers zap your battery power very quickly. Always have a charger handy. It does sometimes take a few seconds to properly focus. You need to beware of the camera location when focusing in your text. . This is super for a backup or when you only want to travel with one device as well.

Verbesserungswürdig!

Mir fehlen größere Vergrößerungsgrade in der App. Des weiteren finde ich einen Autofokus nicht schlecht.

Hallo Berndy, Danke für Dein Feedback. Der Autofokus ist voreingestellt. Bitte achte auf den Mindestabstand zwischen Kamera und Objekt (min. 7cm). Um den Fokus manuell einzustellen, tippst Du einmal auf den Bildschirm. Mit einem längeren Tippen auf den Bildschirm, sperrst Du den Fokus.

Ärgerliche weil unbrauchbare App!

Angeblich soll diese App eine Hilfe für Sehbehinderte sein, tatsächlich ist sie aber völlig unbeauchbar. Unfokussierte und daher unscharfe Darstellung - da nützt auch die Spielerei mit den verschiedenen Farben nichts! Lieber die 99 ct sparen und stattdessen die Kamerafunktion des Handys mit Zoom benutzen!

Hallo Mikasf, Danke für Dein Feedback. Du kannst fokussieren, in dem Du einmal auf den Bildschirm tippst. Bitte achte auf den Mindestabstand der Kamera zum Objekt (min. 7cm). Um den Fokus zu sperren, tippst Du für 2sek auf den Bildschirm.

Won't replace reading glasses, but helpful

Now that I have had time to use the app a bit, I am happy with it. It will be helpful in a pinch at a restaurant, a store to read a price tag, etc when I don't have or don't want to pull out my reading glasses. I always have my phone with me. I don't always have my glasses.

Die app tut was sie soll und das lesen von sehr kleinem Text funktioniert damit gut. Super ist die weiß auf schwarz Funktion, dass kann man sehr gut lesen und spart Energie auf dem Bildschirm.
