Lost my account
I was happily paying $79 each month for Vista Social. Then one day my account suddenly disappeared. It told me my free trial had ended and asked me to sign up again.
The truth is, I had never used any free trial — I was a paying customer the whole time. I spent days trying to get answers, but there is no phone number to call. Emails take several days to get a reply. This left me feeling very unhappy with the customer support. When something goes wrong, there should be a real person ready to help right away.
When I signed up again, all my linked social media accounts were gone. I had to reconnect everything from the beginning. It was such an inconvenience and a waste of my valuable time and money. I could have used that time to grow my business instead of fixing this problem.
I am not sure if I want to continue with Vista Social. Honestly, I am now looking at other options.

clean, easy to navigate SMM platform
As a social media manager, Vista Social has been a really solid tool to work with. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and not overwhelming like some other platforms. Scheduling posts across multiple channels is smooth, and having publishing, engagement, and analytics all in one place is a big plus.
The inbox feature really stands out—replying to comments and messages across platforms without switching apps saves a lot of time. The analytics are clear and actionable, making client reporting much easier.
Overall, Vista Social feels built with real social media managers in mind. It’s practical, efficient, and genuinely helps streamline daily workflows. Definitely a tool I’d recommend for managing multiple accounts with ease.

Bug? Can no longer save media to camera roll.
My team sends Meta story posts to my phone to publish so that I can add music and links in Instagram. I used to be able to directly open them from the Vista Social app into instagram, then that stopped working. So I shifted to saving the media to my camera roll, copying the text, and posting the story, but now that no longer works. Now my only option is to save the media to my downloads folder, move it to my camera roll, and then open Insta and post it. Honestly, sharing the content via Google Drive would be easier. My phone and my app are both updated with the latest versions.
The in-browser experience is great, but the experience in the app is going downhill.

Buggy and Dishonest
App is clunky. Company is dishonest. Avoid.
Buggy + Dishonest = AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Some bugs and clunky interface. Biggest problem is billing and account changes. Customer service will ghost you if you ask them about it. Go with a more honest company, avoid the headache and save money. The value is not here.
