Agreed with other garbage
The update didn’t do much to help anyone. Froze up on me & wouldn’t send the photos & since the photos do not keep to ur phone after update couldn’t do anything but screenshot the photos in the app. Slow at everything, good luck getting hail claims worked.

They just put lipstick on a pig with this update. New interface but it doesn’t really work that much better. 30 photos take about 10 minutes to upload. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I have better things to do than wait. Then when taking the photos, after each photo is taken you have to press the photo option again just to access the categories. It should work that when the category is photographed (Left Front, VIN, etc) that option disappears so it streamlines the process. Then have a review and upload button!

Needs Optimization
App constantly crashes/heats phone up to the point where camera may not work.
App freeze up
App freezes up constantly, close in the middle of use. While using the app screen goes dim & can barely see anything. I have adjusted my phone to the brightest & still goes dim. My cellular service says the reason it goes dim is because the app is draining my phone battery so it goes dim to try & conserve battery. If app worked correctly it would be great tool. I have as others contacted Sedgwick with no fix
