Thought it would count for me. Other apps will. My coding skills are non existent so who am I to complain about an app that does anything!
Still perfect
One of my favorites. This app reduces the margin of error for me when counting pills. Pour them out, take a picture, put them back, count and log. It’s faster, safer & more accurate than counting them out with my hands. Thank you for this great app.

Not exactly what thought which was that it would auto count things in the picture but still accomplishes this goal. It does however need an option to save the photo with the object count

Great for head counts!
We use this to keep track of how many people attend church on Sunday and it works great. I would give it 5 stars if I could pay a buck for an adware free version and not everyone on our team has an iOS device, so an Android version would be appreciated too!
Rubbish
This is pointless as you have to mark every individual dot. It doesn't do it for you.
Worst App
Thought this would automatically count objects in the image, instead it needs to be done manually by tapping on objects. Useless.
Useful Tool
Every once in a while you stumble upon an app that you never knew you needed. This is one of those apps for me. It's got Flappy Birds simplicity with iMovie practicality. I'm a coroner who has to regularly count prescription medications on my cases. I've always just taken photos but this app makes it way easier to keep track of them on screen.
No ads would be nice but free is nice too.

Great app
Love this app . It's a workhorse.
Simple . If they want to make it better here are a few ideas.
1. As you touch the screen print the object number in the box.
2. Have multiple counters running on different colors.
Everyone interested in field ecology ,biology population investigation should have this .
This should be mandatory for schools to have in science class.

More Adware Than App
Concept is nice -- auto-counting would be better, but app leaves a lot to be desired.
First, it only shows the center of the photo you use to count. It doesn't allow you to use the camera from within the app to capture what it is you want to count.
Worst of all is the incessant flow of ads generated by the app. The are so annoying that they render the app not worth the effort to use, as if you have very many items to count, the drain on your battery becomes noticeable.
I wish Apple would create a requirement that any ad-based app must also offer a "pro" version that contains no advertising. This is but one example of an app that is a good idea ruined by advertising that overtakes the app.
There has to be a better solution to the "counting problem" than this app. I've deleted it off my devices and am actively searching for a replacement.

Okay, not great
As others have said, we need to be able to zoom out, also automatic would be nice. Using the camera directly from the app would be good too.
how about auto-counting?
you identify a typical object in a picture containing many similar objects and it counts how many are in the picture automagically. when going on a trip I would use this to count the pills I already have to figure out how many I need to add...

Great idea for an app. It helped me count my baby fries. Approximately 70 baby guppies. Just wish I could zoom out and view the whole picture. Would also like the option to save the picture with the dots to photo album.
