I recommend this app to anyone who has trouble trying to memorize Sat words. My mom made me memorize all of it when I’m in sixth grade
Quiz is functionality stopped working
I was enjoying the free version of this. Then I went and purchased the paid version (EPIC) And the app essentially stopped working… The quiz functionality is no longer working… Save your money until they get this right

The quiz button does not work.
I paid for an app that would challenge me. The explorer button works well. And the photos are beautiful but the fact the quiz button does not work makes this app pointless.

I have purchased all but one of these the quiz part has stopped on all. Purchased less than two weeks ago. Not my iPad program not working correctly
Best App a Ever
Omg...thank you for updating! I’ve missed these apps so much! They are far superior to any other Vocab apps I’ve tried! The pictures are great and truly help to memorize new Vocab! Well worth the money!! Please come out with more!
Visual SAT
Good concept but needs a update. Slows down the device too much. For $5.99 I expect an updated version.
Sound doesn't work!
Pronunciation/sound feature won't work on my iPhone 6S Plus! Please fix and update the app (hasn't been updated since 2014).

Sound issue has finally been fixed.
UPDATE: sound disappeared again. What a crappy app.
My other (major) problem with the app is an abundance of extremely easy filler words. Examples:
"quell reversal revere aesthetic arrogant negligent ensure prosperity backfire distant"
Everyone knows these! I don't see any reason to include this filler stuff other than marketing ("look how many words we have") or the creator's having trouble finding illustrations for more difficult vocabulary.
Also, the pronunciation volume is inconsistent. Some words are really quiet and some are loud. Makes it awkward when I use it in public.
The loud music in the main menu that plays at the app start should be removed. It sounds lame and sometimes creates unexpected disturbance when I forget to turn the volume off in public or during the night.
Other than that it's a good idea with a lot of potential.

Impressive
Usually SAT vocab lists overwhelm me, but this app made the struggle of learning copious numbers of words less onerous and more fun. The simple format makes it easy to comprehend, giving even the most restless student (me), something entertaining to focus on. As much as I hate spending more than 99 cents on apps, I think this one was worth it... I guess we'll find out when I take the test.

Really effective.
Very fast learning experience
It is very helpful for visual students to learn vocab fast ! I download this app yesterday and I've memorized already 200 vocabs !! The pictures really helped. Flash cards are the samething if you were to memorize it out of a workbook. The best way is to get visual image of the words and the app also give sentence examples. This app is in fact very lucid and succinct :) I've also downloaded the pro version for harder vocabs to further enhance my vocabulary. No regrets
