Charged me without cancellation
They did not cancel my subscription even though I wrote them to cancel it and then charged my card!

🚨🚨First off!!! I want to say THANK YOU 🙏🏾 for allowing me to relive my childhood again! Playing these games that I use to play as a kid, brought back so many feelings. MY QUESTION IS: I tried to share that same wonderful experience with my wife, so I told her to download the app, and let us both turn the years back!!!! She did!!!! But when she downloaded the SAME APP, the set up wasn’t what’s on my phone!!! CONFUSING 🫤. My last QUESTION IS: this app cost $1.99 to start or is it every other day? I see something keep trying to charge my card and think is you guys, after I already purchased it once ⁉️

Paid 2.99 for the initial use of the app, after that it charged me 39.99 on 2 separate occasions. Got in contact with the 24/7 support (before app update, since then that feature has been removed go figure. Took screenshots of the conversation just in case) asked for a refund and cancellation of “subscription”. 2 months later still trying to get charged even after reaching out to there prabhu support email and attaching screenshot file for proof. ALSO THERE IS NO VITA SUBSCRIPTION on my subscriptions page or recently purchased it’s all a scam they directly charge your card under “64bit.games”. APPLE REMOVE THIS APP, JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!!
Update: the same old generic response is very frustrating it does not show on subscriptions at all or past purchases. Ive emailed twice to not even receive a response. Plus you guys took off the 24/7 support with the update making it impossible to reach you guys. Dont worry I will take action I want my money back and for you guys to stop charging me!

Terrible Customer Service
I downloaded this app with the impression it was only around $3 a month. That is just first month, then it goes to $40 a month. I tried to cancel my subscription but there is no option inside of the app to cancel. I reached out to the 24/7 support and asked to cancel. They respond saying that they will, yet a month goes by and I get still got charged and did not have my account canceled. There is no phone number to talk to a live person. I’ve emailed multiple times yet no response so I keep getting billed for an app I no longer want.

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS APP!!!! You will be continually be charged 39.99 every month. Developer response is go to apple subscriptions to cancel there, but guess what, it’s not there. I had to cancel my card to stop these payments. Which as you know is a real inconvenience. Totally not worth the nostalgia.

I can’t seem to get through to a developer. I’ve tried to cancel my account and request a refund for charges I didn’t want. I was told on the support 24/7 feature on the app my account would be canceled and refunded. I got another charge today.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY THE TRIAL!!!!
Bought the “trial” to test out the games and a month later they charged my card 40 bucks, I went to the support chat in the app and was told “Your subscription will be cancelled after this pay period.” Nope a month after that charged AGAIN. I asked them in the chat AGAIN, to cancel my subscription and they made the excuse “Oh that must’ve slipped though our financial services department.” I was like okay fine but I want a confirmation email or text. No response since then and they had the balls to charge me again. I’ve since canceled my card and charged them back. Stay away from this app.

SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
This app is a scam! I made a one-time $2.99 payment, and they proceeded to charge my card for $39.99. They offer "in-app support", who told me they would stop charging me monthly and refund their first charge. I contacted their support inquiring where my refund was to which they stopped responding, and I was just charged $39.99 for a second time. Now I have cancelled my debit card and made a report with Apple. Do not believe their responses about the subscription going through Apple because it DOES NOT, it went directly through Apple Pay to my debit card. Their response that it shows up in your subscriptions is false, it does not if you subscribe with Apple Pay. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
