Great WiFi BP cuff
The device is easy to setup and use. Your BP numbers are uploaded to their app. It’s great in my opinion.
Cannot sign up
Download the app to sync with the BP cuff I have and I cannot even sign up. I tried several times and get a data failure every time.
Great potential but lacking
First of all is really buggy, really slow at times, there’s no option to share records in the app, sometimes my blood pressure monitor will connect to the app but the all will freeze.
Horrible
This is the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. I’m been trying for a few days to sign in - it says click here you can’t I’ve tried adding my own password no go I don’t use FB so I tried Apple nope I give up
Needs improving
good app but have to mark down as was told i would be able to measure body fat and water but can’t.
Needs important improvements!
App needs improvements in UI design, but most importantly basic functionality is missing. After a reading is taken, it is not possible to edit the reading to add if taking medication and how someone is feeling. This is only possible whilst the measurement is taken, not afterwards, why? It is only possible to add a note to tje reading but that means in the main list of reading,
broke down by day, weeks, months etc, it is not possible to visually see the icons next to each reading, which is very impractical. Please kindly update the app, with this much needed functionality! Thx!

Lost all data and reset password is a broken flow
For some reason the app disconnects from the scale, lost all my data and when trying to logout and reset password I get an internal error…

Rubbish!
I wish I’d listened to the recent reviews! I bought the scales today and have spent hours trying to get them to synch with the app. My initial weight had been transmitted but it won’t pick up any subsequent data! It shows it has connected as it gives a time for connection. It keeps hanging on 16% synchronisation! Needless to say they will be returned tomorrow!

Difficult
I just got the Bluetooth scale and it is so difficult to understand all the charts, also although on the scales I can have 8 users I can’t find on the app how I can swap from user to user.

Unnecessarily Convoluted
This is without a doubt the single most complicated, convoluted, confusing app I have ever owned. The GUI is so feature-packed that there is no room for actual functionality.
It’s almost impossible to navigate, massively unintuitive, and unlike anything I’ve ever used before.
I’ve been a computing professional for 30+ years and I’ve seen people reprimanded for tossing rubbish like this over the wall. Yes, it looks pretty, but this is to mask the fact that it does very little other than draw a graph.
Irritatingly, the graph is the only feature I actually wanted.
Now that you’ve harvested my details, I think I’ll go back to putting my body fat and weight into a spreadsheet. Much simpler.

Extremely disappointed
The app can’t keep on, there is several bugs and there is no opt out from some shared informations.

The Medisana scales show 81kg and after linking says 86kg-?
Not working
Was a really good app, loved being able to track my weight m. But for the past 3 months the app isn’t working as it should, I can no longer use the graph to see my old weigh-ins. Really disappointed as I loved that I brought the scales to be able to use the app and keep track

Doesn’t properly store my height
I’m 6’.5” (rounded up AND down on scale/app input). Checked my profile on app & it knocked me down to 5’. Re-input to 6’. Exited profile & upon return back to 5’. Keeps occurring each time adjustment attempted.
