VitaHook

VitaHook is for people who want Apple Health data outside the Health app: on a home server, in an automation, or as context for a personal AI agent. Pick the Health categories you care about, add the HTTPS destination you control, and send JSON from the iPhone. There is no VitaHook account to create. On a fresh install, the app has nowhere to send data until you add a destination. You can use VitaHook to: - send sleep, workouts, steps, heart metrics, nutrition, hydration, and other Health data to your own endpoint - keep separate destinations for different agents or automations - run a sync from the app or from Shortcuts - check the local outbox and request log when something fails VitaHook reads Health data only after you grant permission.
