The app that single handedly killed the virtual bracelet hardware … shame
I can’t battle
I have the vital hero bracelet and I heard the original app was taken off the App Store and got replaced with this one, but I’ve looked online and there is a Arena button near the bottom of the screen but on my phone it’s not there.
I don’t know if this is something just on my end or if it is also on other devices.
I have also had some of my digimon deleted when I try to send them back to the bracelet and have heard online that this happens to other people too.
I now only use the app for extra storage space and to get vital drinks to get more vital points.
Extra note: With the removal of the lab I no longer do special missions to get more trophies.
I know that on the be bracelet this gets replaced but I at least expected a version of the special mission on the app.
Edit: I feel like Bandai has completely forgot about this app and it annoys me just like many others who have used this app

App does not work
“Check! Unable to contact server. Please try again with stronger network connection.” I am on WiFi that is fully functioning. The servers have been down for weeks. I loved the VB series, bought many DIM cards, and now it feels like a key function of the bracelet is completely dead. Terrible, disappointing.

It won’t connect to my vital hero
I tried using my phone. It didn’t work. I tried using my iPad. It didn’t work. Please fix this.

The app is broken. DO NOT TRY TO LINK! Your Digimon WILL get deleted in an error code trying to link to this garbage app. If you’re trying to use the bracelet avoid this app like the plague! This app should be taken off of the App Store for being malfunctioning and false advertising. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE THIS APP AT ALL COSTS!

Unable to Contact Server
Unfortunately it seems like this app no longer works. Thankfully the watch works fine without it but it's a shame if you wanted to collect evolutions you've earned over time.

How the h*** do you heal your digimon
So I got this for my children for Christmas and they battled once the day after they got it. Then when the battle ended there digimon were damaged and couldn’t heal them and if they are damaged they cannot go back to the watch. Please tell me how to heal them if so I will edit this and give it a higher rating.

Doesn’t Even Work Anymore
I downloaded this app last year. It worked but now when I try to hop on it doesn’t even load when I click Tap to Start it just immediately says “CHECK! Unable to contact server. Please try again with a stronger network connection.” All I have is a strong connection and it still keeps giving me this message. I’m gonna miss my Digimon I already put in there. ;-;

I only used the app for about 15 minutes trying to get it to work. And most of the time the was slow or laggy but when i got to putting my digimon in the app it took my digimon and didnt let me get them back.
Bandai is full of idiots
The first app was amazing. Allowed players to interact, and the global everyone taking on the bosses during an online digimon convention? Even had changeable wallpapers! Amazing feeling. This app removed all of that for a completely bland background. So I, like many others, stopped using it. I decide to come back today, January 6, 2025, because I was nostalgic, and I can't even access any of my saved digimon because they discontinued the servers and made the app unusable.
I have yet to see Bandai make a single marketing decision that involves a single brain cell. The vital bracelets went from awesome to meh to now not even worth collecting because it's unusable.

Everyone is wrong
A lot of people complain about how you can’t get your Digimon back after you send it. But they’re wrong if you go to the assign feature and hold the button you can send your Digimon to the bracelet as long as it’s not on the team.
I love my vital bracelet
I know this app needs some work but I love digimon so I hope it works out! I’ll keep using it anyway lol
Terrible
This app ruined my watch and it makes no sense never download unless you are willing to buy another watch I wish I never would have downloaded the watch is fine without the app
