App doesn't work, nonexistent support
The app stopped syncing and storing data properly.
Also I emailed their support about the band itself over a month ago and still haven't gotten a reply.

App issues
All of a sudden the kairos stopped syncing with the app for iPhone and then I’ve been unable to sign in the app.
Not good at all
I am part of a UK trial of this product, and have checked what I am about to say with colleagues on the trial. This product is in my opinion, woeful. I sat writing at my desk for a few hours and it tracked about 20k steps! I read a book in bed, another few hundred steps. So I was losing confidence, and then here comes the big one….
The app gives you a sleep score. I wake up, open the app and it starts calculating. Let’s say the score is 95. A few hours later I check it again and the score is 100 and the app says I woke up 40 mins after I did, and had done all of the above! This is consistently happening, a colleague has told me they have given up manually re-calibrating it.
So unlike Whoop or Apple Watch I have zero trust in the very unattractive biostrap (people say it looks like a tag someone gets on prison release) and what I have found to be misleading app in my opinion.
Pay a bit extra and go with Whoop…or work out how to read accurately Apple Watch or similar readings. Mine is now happily gathering dust in the drawer after a months use.
