So many bugs and no support whatsoever. Can’t even contact them

Really enjoyed finding Vitality bowls and now it’s my new favorite spot for a healthy, tasty meal!
Never works
When it does work, it’s really great because I can order ahead and pick it up. On my way home from work. But it never works. It’s like once every 20 times it will take the order. Usually you get through your whole order you’re ready to place it and then it says it’s unable to verify your bank details which makes no sense.

One of my favorite spots for something either refreshing or looking for a highly nutritious meal. Staff are extremely welcoming and I’ve become a regular ever since.

Frustrating App
I go to Vitality Bowls maybe every three weeks or so and every time I have to log into my app. It doesn’t remember me and then it doesn’t remember my password or save it. Therefore, I always have to take so much time to click on the “forget password“ and then wait. The frustration and the long time it takes to get on, always causes me to buy without being able to log into the loyalty.

Best meal!Love the Nutty Bowl
Bowl as meal and desert is so good and so good for you and we almost always get a sandwich or salad for the odd one that wants savory. I always order for entire fam if anyone is sick or just because.
Bad UI
The food is fine but the app not offering Apple Pay and not giving you an easy way to check out as a guest is clunky and cumbersome. Also the website’s online ordering page was not working. Not a great user experience.
Good food but hard to order through the app
The app is Ok, but it takes a very large number of inputs to get your order into the system. It needs a feature where remembers your favorite order and your favorite location and you can quickly re-order. Instead, you have to enter about 20 things. And then when your credit card expires, there’s no way to edit your credit card just to include the new expiration date. It said you have to delete the card and reenter everything all over again. The app needs to think more like a user and make our life easier. That’s why we use an app. I love the food, but the app could be better.

App experience is horrible
On boarding to their app is a major barrier to entry. First off they require an account to be able to make a purchase. Also, the app does not allow Apple Pay. To enable payment through the app you have to add a credit card or a debit card. Then to add your card to the app, you have to physically type in all the numbers the app does not take advantage of any of the electronic credit card mechanisms. Wesley to type in your address you still have to scroll all the way down to pick United States out of the entire list of countries. It doesn’t automatically pre-selected for you. This user experience team should be fired.

expecting someone to add there credit card details inside app is 2020 and leads to privacy or credit card leak. Include direct Apple Pay or G-pay support in app.
