Zu wenig Beispiele für Lebensmittel die das Vitamin o.ä.. Nicht wirklich hilfreich wenn man Ernährung unstellen will!

Hallo, diese App gibt einem keine Werte für diverse Lebensmittel, sonder gibt ein Beispiel an, um das Verhältnis zwischen Inhalt von Vitaminen oder Mineralstoffen in Lebensmittel zu verstehen.

Aber eine Option für Sportler wäre auch super. Ich weiß, Sportler bekommen alles untersucht und gesagt von was sie wieviel nehmen sollen. Ja, wenn man gesponsert ist. Ansonsten nicht...
