Not GOOD
I don’t like their insurance plan. I had to paid out of pocket that often. It cost so much of money to pay the medical bills. Never recommend to have them as your health insurance. Go find a better insurance than Vitori.
Worthless Insurance
My company switched to Vitori and since then, I cannot go anywhere. Most doctors offices and hospitals will reject it. Those few that do accept it end up on the phone forever to try to get things covered and it usually fails. No one at my company has had a good experience. This app isn’t even supported anymore, so you can only use their website. This insurance is terrible, and continually getting worse.
Don’t bother with the app, with Vitori’s latest changed they dropped support for the app. We were told they will not be adding it later.

Who has used Vitori Insurance
My employer is switch to Vitori and I can’t find any reviews of Vitori performance. Will physician, hospitals and other health providers accept Vitori Insurance? Fairly new company.
