VitusVet out of business
I really liked this app because was able to schedule vet appointments for my dog, order prescriptions, and view the records. The company, however, went out of business and closed the app, which was a surprise to me and my vet because of short notice.
App issues
I have created an account and I can’t use VitusVet connect, which is the reason I downloaded the app. No customer service to help. Chat keeps kicking me off. I’m not a happy pet parent when I truly need this!

Hi there, we're so sorry for the confusion here! VitusVet Connect is an app for Veterinary practices. VitusVet Connect is a service that allows you to text your vet, right from your cell phone! The message goes into the VitusVet Connect app, for your vet to read and reply to. If your vet participates, you don't need a special app, just your cell! Please reach out to our support team at support@vitusvet.com if you have any further questions.
Do it for your pet
This app is great! My dog appreciates all the hard work that's gone into this. Sometimes, your pets are your kids. If your allergy-prone dog gets lost and falls into the hands of some good-doer, OR can't see their normal vet, they'll know what not to give them while they're in their care.
