Useless app
Worst app ever is not even remembering from one minute to another the unit format. Nothing is good about this app. Is like it was made in 2005 and the developer forgot to update it to 2025
Bad app
Very slow and outdated app. Randomly would crash and lose all my saved info and records.
UPDATE; The app is not working for the third day in a row, same thing happened last month too, that time it re-worked after five days, I am not sure about this time how many days it would take. I will definitely will change my device to another brand.

Lacks IOS Integration
The developer seems to focus on language support, ignoring functionality improvements. Both updates in the past year were language updates.
The lack of iOS integration cripples this app for me. It has no support for Apple health nor capability to import glucose records.

Is not too helpful this app. Is not syncing with any other health apps not even date or time. You need to insert everything manually.
It shows the last reading and is not letting you overwrite info such as before or after a meal, it saves whatever it wants based on whatever God knows what info.
It needs a lot of improving at this stage. I don’t know if the developers are interested or they just go with the flow.
The other tests you can add such as urine or lactate apparently there are no testing systems for them so again you need to add them manually from other apps.
We are in 2024 for God sake people do something more performant.

App is terrible
I purchased this app after starting to test my blood sugars as now type 2 diabetic and now find myself manually inputting the test results as this app is so poor.

Unfit for purpose
This app worked fine, if a bit clunky, but has now stopped working completely. Unusable.
Wish I never bought this device
The app has now lost all my data and will not sync with my device. No reason and was working two days ago until the update. Advice is “exception contact us”, tried to contact and got “exception contact us”. As this is somewhere in China I doubt I will ever get this fixed. So fed up and angry, this has been nothing but trouble from day one.

App Currently Not Working
Very awkward app that seemed to have slightly improved recently but has now stopped receiving any transmission from my phone. A fantastic way to track blood sugar WHEN IT WORKS.
Disappointing
I downloaded this and used it about a week and coming up with System Exception Please contact us. I have and no one has got back to me. I wouldn’t touch this app it’s crap to say the least
VivaGuard Eco Plus
So many issues with this app. If you miss imputing a read you can’t put them in retrospectively, they go after your last imputed reading. It’s supposed to auto-connect to my phone. Did initially but after about 4 readings wouldn’t. I got a message saying contact the company. Didn’t say how so I just put them in manually now. Charts only show line graphs for 24 hours. If you go into history it’s all just tiny dots that don’t give accurate readable details and you can only go back a week. If this was a subscription app I’d have cancelled but as it’s a one-off payment (too expensive for the glitches that’s in it) I’m still using it, but also recording in a hard copy for my physician. 🤷🏼♀️ so actually didn’t need to pay the extra for the wireless monitor.🙇♀️ I have an I-phone 13. On a positive side there is a record that gives you your weekly average which is useful. Also you have to buy the lancets and test strips together. I dropped my test strips and had to buy a complete set to replace them, now I’m stuck with extra lancets. 😡

Mejorar el icono con el signo + que se utiliza para agregar manualmente cuando me olvido guardar o cuando el glucometro no se conecta al celular, sin Internet no funciona el app.
Cuando trato de presionar el +, en vez de agregar, se abre para editar la última data.

Sale que la cuenta con gmail usado no existe, solo permite 2 códigos de países para ingresar con móvil.
