Very frustrating app

The app constantly logs you out, especially every time your phone connects to the VivaGym WiFi - this means that every time you enter the gym, you have to spend several minutes stood in front of the gate first logging into the WiFi (and waiting for the wifi page to load), and then the app. By the time you’re finished with your workout, the app has for some reason logged you out again, so you have to repeat the process again on the way out. The gym and app are otherwise good, it’s just a shame that the first and last thing you feel at the gym is frustration.

El nivel de descaro de ponerte una publicidad a pantalla completa cuando pones el QR para entrar al gimnasio. Que sucede no les alcanza con la membresia? No merecemos mejor trato los asociados a este gimnasio?

Monitores 👍🏽 Ventilación 👎🏽

Hay excelentes monitores para actividades dirigidas PERO la sala no tiene ventilación. Respiramos los COV del montón de aparatos plásticos: pelotas, steps, esterillas… Eso NO ES SANO!

Booking Pilates class

With the new app I am unable to receive any confirmation of a booking being made and registered in my calendar. This has always been a useful action by the previous Fitness Hut app.
