The VivaTech Lead Gen application combines a set of functionalities allowing partners to collect a participant's contact information during the 4 days of the event, qualify the contact in situ, and consult the list of generated leads at any time!
Synchronized in real-time with the partner space of the VivaTech digital platform (Powered by Inwink), the VivaTech Lead Gen application allows partners to :
- Equip all their marketing and sales teams with the same application.
- Use their smartphones to generate leads.
- Scan participant badges and register their contact information.
- Qualify each contact (lead) with specific annotations (comments, category, rating, etc...)
- Gamify lead generation for their teams
- View scanned contacts and export them in xlsx format
- Automatically synchronize contacts generated by the entire team in the partner space.
And many more features!
Practical information:
- The application is functional even when a Wi-Fi connection is lost - in offline mode, the collected data is stored and can be synchronized once the network is restored.
- The application is fully integrated with the partner space of the VivaTech digital platform (Powered by Inwink), which allows real-time synchronization of the generated leads.
- To use the application, all you need is to be linked to an exhibitor account during the VivaTech partner edition on an event managed with inwink and have created an account.
