ずっと何年もVIP会員で使ってきました。今、突然登録情報が消えVIP会員登録こちら→みたいになって無料会員になってしまいました。
購入履歴を見ても何も情報はないから復元できないと出て使えなくなりました。
ログアウトしてログインしなおしたりスマホを再起動したり色々試しましたが変わらないです。今年の2月に更新したばかりなのに酷いです。もう他のアプリに変えます。
→時間がたってから見てみたらVIPに戻っていました！！

Bug not letting me use my paid subscription
I paid for a new subscription, and it won’t let me use the features. When i try to buy it again- it says I can’t because I already have a subscription? I tried to log in and out and nothing is working. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won’t even open. Wasted my money
