These people are probably lowkey dumb and don't know how to use it. Doesn't seem like an issue to me with the app.
Don’t buy their headsets
I have had continuous issues with my BRAND NEW Vive Focus Vision. VRC photos are not accessible even though all permissions are allowed. I can not pair to my phone. Majority of what you want to do you need to be hooked up to a pc. The mouth tracking is anticlimactic. All it does is open and close your mouth. No tongue movement or lil movement. And anything you look up to find a solution for is impossible to find on the internet.

Poorly optimized application, please upgrade it!
Very very strange to me how an incredibly competent and successful company can’t make a usable phone app. It fails to connect to a vr headset even when right beside it and also will just crash for opening a certain in-app tab. How this app was approved is beyond me, especially when it’s still being updated! I heavily urge HTC Vive to either upgrade the app itself or make a brand new one from scratch so it can finally work out for us Vive customers with VR headsets. I believe in you Vive!!

爛死，別人是消費者最大，你們是公司最大，反應都沒用，app越改越爛，投影功能改成四不像，之前直接投影已經沒辦法用，還不能降更新，被迫使用
Would like the Store and Library to be more native, but great overall
Overall works good with my VIVE XR Elite. Device management is clean and does what it needs to do. The store and library work fine too, but they both seem to be just web wrappers, and thus run slow and look weird while they’re loading. Overall a good app, much less bloated then the Meta app.
Not working at all
Cannot even connect to the headset. It can detect the headset but just cannot connect to it

Works as expected
I don’t see any problem with the app. Logged in with credentials from password (autocomplete), pairing flow is super clear, every action accompanied with corresponding animation. Works as expected.
Error
Says Internal Server Error whenever I try to log in.
Problems
The library and overview pages are blank. And you have to login every time. Useless app.
Not working
The app is not working on my iPhone 12pro… all iOS updated…
有問題
差勁，刪除Focus 3裝置後再也不能配對同一個Focus3，會顯示錯誤以配對，重大瑕疵等於廢了
Please add Face ID
Please add Face ID or at least an option to "remember password" / "keep me signed in".
