They sell you a luxury living experience, Vivenio delivers you a broken apartment
i’ve been here for two months and this has been the worst apartment and management i’ve ever dealt with in my life. i’m renting a penthouse in one of vivenio’s flagship buildings and there are so many things that are broken, simply don’t work, or are of very low quality. i get stuck in the parking garage once a week because the license plate readers don’t work. my heating controls don’t work a few times a week. water pressure is low. the “smart keys” are super slow to work. the apartment layouts are extremely inconvenient. do not get fooled by their nice looking building lobbies. their apartments are super low quality and their management doesn’t care at all.

Funciona fatal
Se cierra al iniciar sesión muy frecuentemente. No deja añadir tarjeta tampoco…En 2025 es difícil entender que una app funcione tan mal. Sugerir que para el tema de pagos se puede resolver fácilmente dando la opción “Apple Pay”, pero por algún motivo se usa el mismo proceso que hace 20 años y ni funciona. Terrible experiencia de usuario.

No me deja abrir la app, al meter usuario y contraseña se cierra la app. Por favor, corregir este problema

Muy útil y fácil de usar. Echó en falta poder subir incidencias y su seguimiento desde la app. Algunos de mis vecinos confunden la app con el sistema de incidencias que es otro.
No se puede hacer pagos
Es imposible hacer pagos a través de app o la aplicación web, siempre falla al final
Fallo en las reservas
No muestra correctamente las reservas, incluso podes pagar y que nose realice la reserva.
