Great app!
I have used the Vivid Practice app in my piano studio for a year. I love the simplicity on the teacher side to add assignments with instructions, recordings, video and pdf files. The student app is very user friendly. It keeps track of practice, is a place where the student can view assignments and message the teacher with questions during the week. The developers continue to make more and more features available. It is a must have in my studio!!

I’ve used Vivid Practice with my piano students for nearly a year now, and it’s been absolutely fantastic! I love having such a simple way to keep track of all the repertoire my students have worked on, and it’s the best system I’ve ever used for conveying assignments to students. The ability to attach multimedia files to assignments is a game changer. It’s been encouraging to see the app developers respond to teachers’ requests for updates and new features. They keep happening on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Easy and Fun Way to Track Assignments and Practice
The interface is very user friendly. I love that it does not require email addresses for students.
I love having a central place where I can see what each of my students is working on. It makes lesson planning so much easier.
The messaging feature is great for when students have a question mid-week. It really cuts back on assignments being skipped because a student couldn’t figure something out.

Exactly what I need!
I’ve been teaching exclusively online for over 4 years, and the Vivid Practice app is exactly what I need to deliver practice assignments to my students, and to keep in touch with them between lessons.
The developers are always working to incorporate suggestions from teachers into the app, and their support team is quick and kind in addressing problems.
I especially love the four practice models within the app!

Bad App Support
Went to change my credit card for a monthly subscription, and without notice they deleted EVERY SINGLE STUDENT and lesson plan I had worked hard for over the past year. Do not use!!!

I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with Vivid Practice. To clarify, you did not reach out to us to fix this issue. Your account was temporarily disabled since the payment was removed, but it would have been restored with all details if you had only reached out to us by email.
