Logging in
I just downloaded this app and as soon as you log in, it asks for a phone number to get a pin. But as soon as you enter the pin, the app automatically goes back to the screen and asks for a number again.

Error message pops up for both my phone number and email address, stating the following…”We were not able to find the patient or member record with the information you provided.”
Unable to deactivate the account
I don’t know but this is a most difficult app to deactivate the account and I keep getting a text message to check in. I already delete the app. Please help!!!!
Stuck at Welcome to the CARE Program
I get the Welcome to the CARE program page, click on the PARTICIPATE button at the bottom, and then am stuck on a blank page. I tried to force quit the app and restart but it keeps having the same problem.
Giving them data
This app has some ‘health advice’ that is very basic, not always correct, and largely focused on eating less (which is alarming for anyone, but especially for someone who is expecting and has an already low BMI). My health insurer offers this as a benefit but it feels like it’s essentially a way for them to gather my data…

Getting worse
Still get kicked out of active sessions after watching videos, now you want me to leave a review after I did. now my phone and my watch are alerting me to do my session but is now stuck in a loop where my session is complete but is sending me alerts to do a review of the app so

1. Logs you out of session after videos ( text and data rates are included so if you’re on a balanced data plan yes not everyone has unlimited data )
2. New bugs are popping up after last update
3. Repetitive content, but might be worth it to the right person, I did ok with it but now it’s more annoying than anything.

App does not work
Sends me alerts to do questionnaire but will not work when I try to submit my answers. Useless app as it is now.
App is frozen, no help avenues
My app is frozen and I can’t seem to get help from your website. It keeps telling me four oh four. It’s very frustrating when all I wanted to do was complete my checkin!
Change of email address.
I have constantly tried you rest my PIN number, but your app keeps refusing to allow me to rest set my pin because I keep getting this message that you’ve texted me a new rest message witch your app does not give me the option to tell you that I don’t have the same Email address,so you sirously need to improve you App to in for your app to stop telling me you’ve texted me a new PIN number to an Email I no longer use!!!!!!😡😡😡My new Email address is…. djbean1261@ iCloud.com, so now please enter this Email correctly so I can set up Vivify app correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love using this app. I’m very comfortable with the menu options and I never miss any of my pathways. Very user friendly and super easy to navigate.

The Vivify app is so easy to use whether it is +Home (using the tablet) or +Go (using your own device such as a mobile phone). I like the automated biometric readings as well as being able to schedule video calls/visits now or in the future!

I am a avid app user and when I was asked by my nurse to use this app so they could keep me safe I was blown away on how easy and helpful this app is! I love the messaging and the recourse library! I highly recommend this app!

Very often the app only buffers, and will not connect. Other times it doesn’t even buffer, just has a header, and a blank bottom screen.
I am tired of rebooting my phone, and deleting, and reinstalling the app. This is not worth my time.

How do you stop the ‘spinning’ symbol? I am trying to enter my daily updates.
App is Great When it Works
Very intuitive when it works. The only problem is that sometimes and recently almost every day I am unable to send my vitals because the prompt is not there. I have deleted the app at least ten times but to no avail.
