this app is great but after awhile it just stopped working and now I can’t download pictures from my camera to the app to save to my phone anymore. :(

I’m not sure if it’s the card reader or the app but it’s not working with my phone (16 pro).
Nothing pops up when you connect it. It’s as if it’s not connected at all. And it might not be considering the instructions don’t include a proper way to connect usb-c iPhones.
Regardless, nothing is working and I wasted $40.

the app sucks and so does the card reader. it literally just won’t process that i have anything connected, cord or card. waste of money and time

Won’t be recognized by any of the files
Can access photos but no internal downloaded files. If you get the device that requires this app it won’t show up under the file app so you get absolutely no use besides maybe some photo transfer
Sketchy Product
Bought the SD card reader thinking i’d be able to directly import photos to my camera roll like my previous card reader. Come to learn, you have to download this app. Bit annoyed, but I downloaded the app anyways and immediately regretted it. As soon as you open the app it asks for access to your phone/camera roll, I denied access as it shouldn’t need it for me to just import my photos from the SD card. After denying access, I got a sketchy pop up in terrible grammar that said something like “WARNING: Access to phone to work needed” and then the option to tap cancel or “system”. I immediately deleted the app after getting the pop up and will be trying to return the reader. Seems more like the product is a front to try and download all your data.

I bought one recently and putted my sd card in the vivitar adapter it didn’t work what a waste of money!

It’s not bad but definitely not good, you can download Photos and Videos onto it but it’s a struggle.
Trash App + Product
This App is so trash and won’t even connect to my reader or load, can’t even transfer the files. I paid $40.00 for this adapter at Walmart - Such a scam.

This is my third Vivitar i have bought. The first broke off inside the ipad and i lost the 2nd one. i made the mistake of buying another one and it doesnt work AT ALL!! I tried multiple times with still no luck downloading my pictures! Read others reviews before opening the box and then return! This product sucks. Not worth the money.

It has completely stopped working
I decided to use this on an old SD card I have used many times to transfer videos and it won't load anything. The photos appear and can be downloaded but videos don't seem to play. So now it's useless.
Crashes a lot
