I’ve loved Univision novelas since I was a little girl. Rewatching for the nostalgia is a must … the ice ads were so disappointing. The constant glitching is insane I can never watch a full episode without it freezing or rewinding

I have reported several issues and they always determine it's my internet or my devices. They will not fix, they want prove all the time instead of admitting their application has issues! The developers/techs need to stop making excuses and fix the issues! This app can be a great app if they step up their game to make it better!

I love Vix, but…
I love this app. I get to see all of my childhood novelas and enjoy new releases but every time I try to clear my continue watching list and remove shows, it always glitches!! I’m the type of person that cleans up shows/movies that I click on and don’t finish watching but sometimes the continue watching gets crowded and I want to clean it up. It’ll glitch and go back on the list. Please fix this!! it’s been an ongoing issue for so long.

I love it but…
I have ViX+ and I love it but the English subtitles don’t work anymore which is kind of frustrating especially when I am willing to pay for premium. And it’s seriously making me reconsider keeping this app.

No puedes ver un solo partido sin interrupciones, a cada rato se traba y no tiene buena calidad de imagen, no se porque pagaria para ver una porqueria de transmision, hoy mismo cancelo la subscripcion y no vuelvo nunca mas a vix

No puedo creer que es la única app que me da problemas de conexión. Mi internet es súper fuerte y se desconecta cada 5 minutos y me vuelve a conectar con sus respectivos anuncios.

The app is good but if you don’t pay the premium plan you won’t be able to see anything
It has too many ads and after each scene they put 6,7 or 8 ads and you manage to see very little

Great content but a pain to watch. “Lo sentimos no fue possible conectar.” Every day . Canela has Turkish novelas in Spanish . Just as unreliable but it’s free.,
