Encantador pero Frustrante
Me encanta usar esta aplicación porque me da la oportunidad de ver novelas pasadas pero tampoco puedo negar que tiene sus defectos y eso hace que no disfruté al 100%. Por ejemplo llevo tres días sin poder conectarme a la aplicación porque me sale un código SP019. Pensé que se trataba sólo de la aplicación móvil pero resulta que también me pasa lo mismo con mi Apple TV. Ojalá que lo arreglen pronto porque no se me hace justo que el precio de la suscripción siga subiendo pero estos problemas sigan pasando.

App needs work
Great selection! No complaints there but for being an app that you pay for, I would expect a better app. “Next episode” doesn’t work. You have to get out and go to all episodes to play the next one. The app also loses my spot in a show if I don’t watch for a day. I’m enjoying rewatching old novelas but the app itself is really annoying to use. I just wish it was more user friendly.

Too many repeat commercials in the same break
Too many repeat commercials in the same break, same commercial twice and then again after a different commercial. At that point I closed the APP
“The ‘Continue Watching’ Feature Needs Improvement”
When I finish a series or show, other shows are automatically added to my “Continue Watching” list. Even when I remove them, they reappear just minutes later, which is really frustrating. Meanwhile, the shows I’m actually interested in and actively watching get pushed all the way to the end of the list. It makes the app unnecessarily difficult to use, and honestly, it has made me stop using it several times. They really need to improve this feature.

the glitches are horrible, the app is always signing me out and i have to login every once in a while. my show gets removed from my “continue watching” list, and i have to add it everytime it gets removed. i can be watching an episde and it will pause out of nowhere or the episode will glitch and reolay scenes that i already watched. please fix this.

Promise connecting on TV
I have tried multiple times to connect with My Account. It doesn’t recognize my password. I tried to cancel twice, and it keeps charging me.

El plan premium SIN comerciales SI tiene COMERCIALES. Alegando que la membresía es para el acceso es al contenido sin anuncios, el contenido que tienes anuncios ya no se modifica. LITERALMENTE.

I even try to make a new one with my name but it doesn’t let me put mi own name however I try to get premium Vix but it tells me to finalize my last suscripción of my last account so I go to cancel it but It don’t even let me so I try to do it from scanning the QR but it doesn’t ever appear I refresh vix and go back again but it doesn’t work

Pésimo servicio y cuando buscamos soluciones a los problemas que presenta la aap los de servicio al cliente no hacen nada para resolver los problemas, también les gusta dar información que no es, hacen ofertas y después dicen que no es real.

Jump back
Would rate 5 star but while watching programs will stop and jump back to what was playing earlier. Noticed this happens immediately after a program begins and continues through rest of program. Very frustrating. Would pay premium but what for if these interruptions occur. Almost considering eliminating the app completely. Will be faithful if corrected.

Bug issues
One, to connect to my tvs I have to watch one episode then once it is finished exit out and then connect it again so I can watch a new episode. As I am watching a show it will randomly start all over or skip to the new episode. I pay for premium and I have to log in constantly just because it booted me off.

Do not download !!!
Honestly one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. We’ve been trying to add the account to the TV and it always say no device found. The tv app sucks so much it doesn’t even let you log in from there. When I try to scan the screen and input the code to allow me in, it says the code isn’t correct. I got it to work the first time but after a month it blocked the Tv and force us to get a more expensive plan so we could continue watching. I’ve never had a worst experience with any streaming app. The tv app always glitches too and we have to literally pull the plug on the tv in order for it to work again.

Se traba demasiado la novela que uno está viendo e incluso lo regresa al principio de la novela, muy mala experiencia.
Fix
Need to be fixed because it makes you lose on what episode or season you are on every time you leave the app and it doesn’t show to resume where you left on.
