Hi team, the app is not working correctly, as even when I select an effect, say queued in line, then fails, and I do not get my credits refunded when it fails each time. Please review, and check, if possible refund the credits I have spent with no results. Thank you

It does work on the app but when you download it to the phone the video and pictures it doesn’t show them up like it does on the app there are glitches so had to delete them and now I am trying to get my money back as no one to talk about this on the app

Disappointed
It gives you just enough credits to make one video. I put in the prompt which then failed to create yet it took my only free credits and left me with 20. The app wouldn’t allow me retry either. Now it wants me to pay when again the example wouldn’t even work.

I’ve tried a few AI video apps before, but this one’s on another level. The videos it generates just look way better — cleaner, more natural, and overall super high quality.
