Decent simple app have been using for 2 years
They won’t respond
I have been trying to cancel this subscription for a month—I’m not using it anymore. For a month it has said that it’s cancelled yet it is still trying to charge my card. So I had to leave that card with no money on it so it would t be able to charge it. But today it just happened to catch some money on that card and it charged it. Meantime I have been trying to contact the company to tell them to cancel it and have gotten ZERO response.
Now they have my money and I’m stuck with an app that I can’t cancel and I no longer use.
OR…Vixer could do the right thing and refund my money and actually cancel my subscription correctly.

The app is easy to use and has many options to choose from.
Scam
Charged for annual premium subscription when I don't have the subscription any longer. Even worse, I can't access the premium features even after they fraudulently charged me. I've submitted two emails with no response in over a week.

The app is not that great and on top of that, it is impossible to cancel the subscription. I won't be surprised if they catch a lawsuit soon!

Charged my card without my authorization and are now making it impossible for me to get ahold of anyone to get a refund.

Vixer is such in amazing app it helps you edit some of your pictures and videos and make them so amazing and they even go to your camera roll so you could have them there for memories 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

This is a handiest app that I have come across I’m not very proficient with computers, but I find this easy to use and such good quality. Which highly recommend to anyone wishing to save memories in a video form

I absolutely hate creating reels and content for social media but because of my position I have to at least once or twice a month. I used to dread it until I tried Vixer, which makes it super simple. I can do everything I need to do all within the app instead of having to use multiple apps to achieve the same product. Thank you!

I have a major project that I need to create a video from start to finish to get more funding.

Fraudulent App
Don’t download this app. They’ll steal your information and charge you a yearly subscription with no way to remove it. This “subscription” doesn’t even show up in my Apple subscriptions
