I instantly proved the Nissan ran the red light and t boned me My insurance company instantly had proof of what happened Police in nyc do not even write reports anymore This dash cam is vital Worth every Penney!!

Regret this
I got this camera in 2019 at the Honda dealership of dtla. It works but it stopped working one time and they replaced it. But they didn’t give me the password. A while back i tried to change the name of the camera and it was asking me for the password. Since then I can’t access it. I went to their service department about a month ago and asked what can be done and they basically said that this they no longer carry the camera I’d have to find a carrier and see if they can replace it and then bring the receipt to Honda and see what they can do about it. Just unnecessary and now I know to never accept any add-ons at a dealership

This saved my butt!!
I have this dash can installed in my SUV and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Three nights ago someone rear ended me on the highway and drove off. Thank god the rear cam caught her license plate. Saved me from being at fault!

This camera app doesn’t connect to my phone basically paid for something that doesn’t work.
Wouldn’t have a car without it!
I’m a second time buyer. Had it on my previous lease and it proved my innocence when an Amazon truck decided he didn’t have to stop at a stop sign. Evidence was recorded flawlessly… Seriously, it’s a must have!

I bought these glasses in which they told me this app would work with them. It won’t connect and the setting won’t change to what I want them to be set to. This is frustrating and disappointing.
Not worth the money.
Purchased it & got I installed by the Acura dealership. So far, both times I needed footage, it was not recoding or minutes were missing. Wouldn’t really recommend, probably can get something cheaper, better & easier to use off Amazon 🙄
Can’t believe
Too much money for this and i can’t even connect my iPhone. It always says unable to connect. Dont buy it.
No support
It’s hard to understand how to use this camera, and on top of that there is no support anywhere. I’ve tried searching it up online to see if I could find any information on it and no luck at all. Sometimes it saves random clips of my driving and other times it doesn’t do anything. One thing to note is I also got this at the Honda dealership in downtown LA, so please don’t buy this.

Was working very well with my Android. Bought an iPhone know it doesn’t connect. Very disappointing.
Can’t get it to work
I just can’t seem to get my Vizen Cam to be hooked up on my iPhone. I got a ticket from a cop for a U-turn on a street that I wasn’t on. But now I can’t prove it because it was not working. And a lawyer said that I can’t prove it. It’s the police officer’s word against mine which the judge would seem to believe without my proof.

Can’t use the app for anything
So far as I can tell, it just straight up doesn’t do anything. They claim in the description that you can live stream on the app, you can download video straight to your phone and control the cam with your phone but that’s just a lie. I’ve had this for a year and a half and not once has that been an available option. There’s no settings in the app, there’s no instructions, there’s just no form of support. The only thing you can do is physically turn the camera on or off. End of list. What a waste of money.
